Interested in attending conferences and competitions throughout Canada? Want to represent Laurier and learn more about finance, marketing, international business, accounting, and many more aspects of business? This page is for you! The SBESS wants students such as you to get involved and travel across the country to benefit from the remarkable opportunities that conferences offer. Highlights of most conferences include:

The best part? The SBESS wants to help you pay to get there! By subsidizing up to 50% of the costs of conferences, students who apply to attend external conferences can easily afford to attend!
Completed subsidy forms must be e-mailed to conferences@sbess.ca and submitted in hard copy to the SBESS Clubs Office (P 1003) no later than two weeks before you expect a response. You are advised to wait for our response BEFORE accepting to attend a specific conference, in order to find out whether or not you have been approved for a subsidy.
