We are now hiring for the following positions for this year's Grad Ball.
Graduate Ball Decorations Manager
The Decorations Manager will oversee the creative and decorative planning for Grad Formal. This position is inclined towards someone who is creative and able to adapt creativity to the event theme. They must be resourceful, have prior experience with decorating events, and are preferably in Waterloo from the May-June period. They are responsible for creating the centrepieces, venue decorations and any other decorations favours needed. They must also be available for the day before/day of to set up the venue.
The average time commitment was 5 hours per week (for the Winter/Spring term).

Graduate Ball Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Manager will plan to ensure the Logistics of Grad Formal flow smoothly the night of the event. They must be exceptionally organized, have general knowledge of event planning, be able to work independently and collaboratively with the Vice President of Internal Affairs, and are preferably in Waterloo for the May-June period. They are ultimately responsible for planning transportation to and from the venue during the night of the event, scheduling volunteers for the day, registration and bus helpers for the night and plan out agenda for the night, and organizing ticket sales.
The average time commitment was 5 hours per week for the winter/spring term.
