The first ever SBESS Monopoly challenge took place on Thursday, October 8 and Thursday, October 15, 2009 in the KPMG Atrium. Students from all years of study came together for two hours of intense Monopoly fun.
The KPMG Atrium was filled with balloons, snacks and excited Monopoly players. The atmosphere was truly one to remember. Check out our Photo Gallery for photos from the event.
Prizes awarded to top players include Monopoly boards, an $80 gift certificate to the Laurier Bookstore and a top of the line skateboard!
Overall the event was a success. Those who attended met new people, and had a ton of fun. Many of the participants inquired as to when the next Monopoly challenge would be.
