Congratulations to Sarina Bruni, who is your incoming SBESS President for 2012-2013! Thank you and congratulations to the other Presidential candidates who had equally strong campaigns, dedication and hard work!
February 8, 2012 from 7-9pm at Wilfrid Laurier University in the Hawk’s Nest (3rd floor of the Fred Nichol’s Campus Centre).
The event has been designed as an interactive workshop, with four phases – the idea, the resources, the sacrifices, the expansion – to create an engaging environment for students to learn about the field of social entrepreneurship and to ask questions in a relatively informal, comfortable setting.
The speakers we have approached for this event will be assigned to one of four stages to share their own experience and advice pertaining to the topic of that stage.
Popy Dimoulas, Founder & President of Charity Republic,
Rosemary Horwood, President of Opportunity International (YAO),
James Sun, 16 year old Tedx BC speaker,
Andrew MacDonald, Manager of Opportunity International
